Subject access request

You have a right to receive a copy of the data/information we hold about you, or to authorise someone to act on your behalf. This is known as a Subject Access Request (SAR). Please use the form below if you would like to make a request to see all personal data that LIFE-AR holds on you.

We are likely to require further information to respond to your request, in which case we will email you a form to complete.

We will only use the information you supply us to honour this request, and will securely store and delete that information when we've given you the results of our search.

We will respond to your request without undue delay and within one month of receipt. If your request is complex or you have made multiple requests, we may extend the response time by up to two months. We will inform you if this is the case.

There are certain circumstances where we may not be able to provide the information you request. If this applies, we will explain why.
