Morgan is a programme management specialist with over 15 years of experience leading complex, multi-donor development programmes. Her work centres on demand-led implementation and partnership management, helping ambitious, multi-stakeholder initiatives run effectively on the ground.
As LIFE-AR's Head of Operations & Partnerships, Morgan leads the Secretariat's programme management function, overseeing relationship, grant and financial management, and working closely with Development Partners to help secure and sustain the resources LIFE-AR needs. She plays a key leadership role in the Initiative's transition from an IIED-hosted programme to an independent, LDC-owned Facility, bringing strong governance values and a firm commitment to LIFE-AR's equitable, locally led approach.
Before joining LIFE-AR, Morgan led programme management for IIED's decentralised climate finance portfolio, working on projects in Tanzania, Zanzibar and Kenya. Earlier in her career, she spent six years in project management with Internews Network, working across Afghanistan, France and London, an experience that gave her a grounding in delivering complex programmes across very different contexts and cultures.
